At CelioScents Candle Co., we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If you receive a damaged candle or accessory, we are happy to offer a replacement or a full refund. Please review our policy below:

Return and Refund Conditions:

1.  Damaged Products

If your candle or accessory arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.​​

2. Photo Evidence

To process a replacement or refund, please provide photo evidence of the damaged item. Email the photos along with your order number to celioscents@celioscents.co.

3. Replacement or Refund

Upon verification of the damage, we will offer you the option of:

  1.  A replacement of the damaged item, or

  2.  A full refund of the purchase price.​

4. How to Submit a Claim:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item(s).

  2. Email the photos and your order number to celioscents@celioscents.com.

  3. Specify whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.

  4. Our customer service team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
